Pricing

Horizon CRM starts at €349/month with sector-specific packs. There is a Construction Pack, a Maintenance Pack, and a B2B Sales Pack — each at €349/month per organisation. All packs include every feature in the platform with no per-seat charges for the base platform.

Yes. Horizon CRM offers a free trial with all features unlocked — no credit card required. During the trial you receive 10,000 Horizon Credits (HC) to use AI reports, email campaigns, and other platform features.

Horizon Credits (HC) are Horizon CRM's usage-based tokens. Common costs: sending an email (0.5 HC), generating an AI report (10 HC), creating a quote PDF (2 HC), AI email drafting (5 HC). Your subscription includes an HC allocation each month. Additional HC can be purchased if needed.

The base sector pack includes multiple user seats. Each user can be assigned a role (Admin, Sales Manager, Account Manager, etc.) with fine-grained permissions. Contact our sales team for large-team pricing.

GDPR & Privacy

Yes. Horizon CRM is built from the ground up for GDPR compliance. Key features: data export (Article 15), right to erasure with 30-day grace period (Article 17), encrypted credential storage, Data Processing Agreement (DPA) compliant with Article 28, EU-hosted infrastructure, and email unsubscribe on every automated email. We are a Belgian company and understand EU privacy law.

Yes. Horizon CRM is deployed on Heroku's European region with data stored in EU-based PostgreSQL databases. All customer data remains within the European Union, meeting GDPR data residency requirements. Media files are stored on AWS S3 in the EU region.

Yes. Horizon CRM provides a GDPR Article 28-compliant Data Processing Agreement. You can download it directly from the platform under Settings → Legal, or request it from our support team.

Features

Yes. Horizon CRM is a Progressive Web App (PWA) that works on any smartphone or tablet. Install it as a home-screen app on iOS and Android. Mobile features include: managing leads, completing tasks, AI Whisper call coaching, QR code scanning for assets, voice note transcription, and push notifications.

Yes. Horizon CRM includes full PEPPOL e-invoicing via B2BRouter integration. Send and receive PEPPOL invoices directly from the platform — required for Belgian government contracts and mandatory for Belgian B2B from 2026. Incoming invoices are automatically parsed and matched to your purchase orders.

Horizon CRM supports 5 languages: English, French (Français), Dutch (Nederlands), German (Deutsch), and Bulgarian. The UI language changes per user. Quotes, PDFs, and invoices can be generated in your customer's preferred language — essential for multilingual Belgian businesses.

Yes. Every user gets a public booking page (e.g. horizoncrm.be/book/your-name/) where prospects can book appointments directly into your calendar. Sends .ics calendar invitations to both parties, auto-creates a lead in the CRM, and includes spam protection, mobile-responsive design, and custom branding.

Yes. The Quote-to-Cash automation flow: create quote → send with one-click accept/reject link → client accepts → invoice auto-generated and sent (email or PEPPOL) → lead converted to client. Construction users can create quotes from voice recordings, handwritten sketches, or PDF takeoff documents using AI. Invoice reminders escalate automatically through 5 stages.

The Smart Inbox is powered by GPT-4 and automatically analyses incoming emails: classifies by priority and intent, suggests actions (create lead, schedule appointment), and auto-drafts personalised replies. It detects replies to automated sequences and pauses them to prevent awkward follow-ups. AI Whisper provides real-time coaching suggestions during phone calls.

Yes. The Construction Pack is purpose-built for Belgian construction. It includes: professional quoting with product catalogue, floor plan drawing tools, construction takeoff from PDF plans (meetstaat), drone survey integration for roof and solar analysis, project planning with 81 pre-defined project types, inventory and supplier management, PEPPOL e-invoicing for government contracts, and RSZ certificate management. Available in Dutch, French, and English.

The Maintenance Pack includes: scheduled and preventive maintenance planning, QR code asset tracking (scan a machine and see its full history), maintenance contracts and service agreements, mobile field technician access, automated client notifications, parts inventory tracking, and integration with the full CRM pipeline for upselling and contract renewals.

The B2B Sales Pack is built for outbound and inbound sales: lead management and pipeline, email automation sequences with A/B testing, AI-powered lead scoring, call center with priority queues, VoIP integration, multi-channel lead capture (Facebook, LinkedIn, custom forms), AI reports and revenue analytics, and automatic company data enrichment from KBO and Pappers.

Both are Belgian B2B CRMs, but Horizon CRM offers sector-specific packs purpose-built for construction, maintenance, and field service — with features like floor plan drawing, QR asset scanning, drone survey integration, and construction takeoff. Horizon CRM automatically enriches leads with company data from the Belgian KBO (Crossroads Bank), Pappers (France), and other European registries. Enrichment data includes company name, VAT number, address, industry sector (NAF/NACE codes), revenue range, employee count, and contact details. Enrichment runs automatically or on-demand.
